BB.stl is the ball part of the ball bering (print 5-7)
BB(1).stl is the rim of the ball bering (print 2)
BB(2).stl is the center of the ball bering (print 1)

assembly:
take BB(2) and lay it in the center of a BB(1). place the BBs in the trough like area. lay the other BB(1) on top of the first BB(1), clamp both of the BB(1)'s and weld/melt the borders together.

Parts:

BB.stl — Ball component of the bearing (print 5–7 times)

BB(1).stl — Outer rim of the bearing (print 2 times)

BB(2).stl — Center ring of the bearing (print 1 time)

Assembly Instructions:

Place the center ring (BB(2)) into the center groove of one rim (BB(1)).

Insert the printed balls (BB.stl) into the trough-like track around the center ring.

Align the second rim (BB(1)) on top of the first rim, enclosing the balls inside.

Clamp both rims securely together.

Weld or melt the edges of the two rims to seal the bearing.
